Paul Davies is an experienced Personal Trainer and has been helping clients achieve their fitness and movement goals since 2004.
Paul takes pride in being able to encourage and coach his clients using up to date advice to achieve their goals, whether this is sports specific Stength & Conditioning, Boxing, Self Defence, Olympic Lifting or simply better movement. Helping people improve their sporting performance is why and how UltrafitPT was started.
Each session with Paul is created with a specific goal in mind, from weight loss using circuits training and boxing skills through to weight gain, implementing weight training.
He understands that finding the right balance between training and lifetyle is paramount and is expert at designing realistic and effective training plans to enhance the health and fitness of his clients.
Based at Cheetahs Gym in Hove, Paul is able to train, coach and ecourage his clients in this friendly gym environment but also, happily trains clients in their home as well as having sessions outdoors, making use of the wide range of green space and seafront. Covering locations from Worthing to Hove. Training sessions can be taken on a one to one basis or held in small groups based upon the reqiurements of the client.
He is a seasoned instructor in the disciplines of Boxing, Self Defence, and Thai Boxing having begun his boxing career back in 1997.
Paul is passionate about helping his clients strive for their own self development through movemnet, strength and fitness.
